Scope: General legal advice; contract drafting, review, and negotiation; board meeting support; employment, ethics, records, accessibility, and compliance matters; and civil and administrative litigation representation.
Qualifications: Active Kentucky law license and good standing with the Kentucky Bar Association.
Anticipated term: November 20, 2026, through June 30, 2028.
Hourly rates: Provide partner, associate, and appellate rates. Maximums are $125/hour for partners, $100/hour for associates, and $125/hour for appellate work, with a $20,000 per-case limit unless approved in advance.
Insurance: General liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate and professional liability of $1 million per claim.
