What they need
- ScopeHandle administrative appeals, draft decisions with findings of fact and conclusions of law, prepare notices and orders, conduct legal research, and participate in hearings as needed.
- QualificationsActive Kentucky Bar license in good standing, current 13B hearing officer certification, and at least three years of CHFS program or other administrative law experience.
- ScheduleAs needed, with no guaranteed hours and a maximum of 37.5 hours per week. Off-site work is permitted, with office attendance and hearing travel as required.
- Term and rateAnticipated December 30, 2026–June 30, 2028, at a fixed service rate of $125 per hour.
- InsuranceGeneral liability coverage of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate and professional liability coverage of $1 million per claim; automobile liability coverage of $1 million if applicable.
