Payroll and paymentsPayroll at least twice monthly and within two weeks of completed time records; tax administration and processing of approved goods, services, and reimbursements.
EnrollmentEmployer and employee onboarding, background checks, drug screening, and tuberculosis screening records.
TechnologyElectronic visit verification integration, a secure HIPAA-compliant participant portal, and monthly service usage and financial reporting.
Support and transitionData migration, participant and employee training, and multilingual customer support Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–6 p.m. Eastern Time, excluding holidays.
PricingProvide an initial 12-month total, per-member monthly rate, and monthly administrative cost, including travel and training expenses.
