What the job is
Scope: Coordinate architects, engineers, and contractors; oversee construction schedules, budgets, quality, and project completion; and lead sourcing of design, construction, and trade services.
Planning and reporting: Develop six-year capital improvement plans and provide regular written and verbal project updates.
Workload and term: Average 30 hours per week, with some weeks exceeding 40 hours and no guaranteed minimum; anticipated January 1, 2027–June 30, 2028.
Experience: Relevant Kentucky school facilities and construction management experience, preferably with special education or residential campuses.
