Scheduling: Job posting, officer signup, approval workflows, multiple administrators, rank/skill requirements, and call-off management for single-officer details through large events.
Mobile app: Job notifications, applications, clock-in/out, participant chat, real-time updates, and geotagging or geofencing.
Payroll and reporting: CSV/API integration with TimeClock+ Manager and WebClock, hours tracking, audit trails, and management reports.
Billing: Employer portal, invoicing, collections, payment distribution, and credit/debit card, ACH, and occasional check payments.
Implementation: Platform setup, user training, and technical support.
Term and pricing: One year with four optional annual renewals. Provide employer-paid percentage fees and any additional charges; no platform or service fees may be charged to the department.
