Coverage: Please identify the zones you can service; a physical, non-residential facility within each service zone is required.
Maintenance: Monthly passenger elevator and semiannual freight elevator maintenance, including covered repair labor, replacement parts, consumables, and required diagnostic tools.
Testing: Include annual CAT 1 and five-year CAT 5 testing labor, safety inspections, and service reports.
Response: Dedicated 24/7 dispatch with one-hour emergency response, four-business-hour on-site urgent response, and routine response within two business days.
Qualifications: Active Iowa DIAL registration and Iowa-licensed elevator mechanics; comply with applicable elevator and accessibility codes.
Pricing: Provide monthly maintenance rates per elevator by number of landings, regular/overtime/Sunday and holiday labor rates, parts markup over net invoice cost, and hourly consulting rates. Include a minimum one-year parts and service warranty.
