New materialsSupply and install approximately 34,000 pounds of new granular rubber and a compatible ballistic rubber encapsulation system, including necessary supports. Level and grade to manufacturer specifications.
Lead and waste handlingProvide lead dust containment and worker protection; assume hazardous waste generator responsibilities, including approved containers, transportation, disposal, manifests, and recycling records.
Schedule and insuranceComplete all work within a 10-day range closure window. Carry $10 million in lead pollution liability insurance.
