  • AsbestosPreviously identified ceiling adhesive was abated and passed visual clearance; keep the clearance report on site.
  • ScheduleComplete all work by April 30, 2027; tree removal restrictions apply April 15–August 15. Site inspection is November 3, 2026, 10:00 a.m.–noon.
  • LaborInclude applicable prevailing wages and weekly certified payroll reporting in pricing.
