What the job is
- Schedule: Monday–Friday after normal business hours, excluding designated holidays; December 1, 2026–July 31, 2029.
- Labor: Minimum 65 hours per month, including at least 60 hours for daily tasks; applicable prevailing wages required.
- Daily cleaning: Clean and disinfect restrooms, replenish consumables, mop floors, vacuum and spot-clean carpets, remove trash and recycling, and clean break rooms, mirrors, and wall marks.
- Twice weekly: Clean entrance glass inside and outside; collect outdoor litter and sweep sidewalks.
- Weekly: Buff tile floors, clean elevator floors and interior partition glass, and dust windows and ledges.
- Semiannual: Shampoo carpets, wash blinds and interior windows, wash exterior first-floor windows, strip and refinish tile floors, and clean HVAC vents.
- Supplies: Include all equipment, liners, restroom consumables, and cleaning products certified by Green Seal, Ecologo, or EPA DFE.
- Staffing: Use your own insured employees; subcontracting is prohibited.
- Required walkthrough: October 6, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Central Time at the service address.
