What the job is
Term: December 1, 2026–November 30, 2028, with two optional 12-month extensions.
Housing: Licensed transitional residential facilities for adults recovering from substance abuse; each house must serve residents of the same gender.
Services: 15 hours of face-to-face therapeutic activities per resident weekly, including relapse prevention, skill building, case management, and coordination with outside treatment and community resources.
Assessment and reporting: Screening within 14 days of referral, recovery plans within 7 days of admission, monthly progress reports, discharge planning, and follow-up at 6 months after discharge.
Staffing: Qualified clinical supervision and sufficient residential staffing, with a First Aid/CPR-certified direct service staff member present whenever residents are on-site.
Pricing: All-inclusive rate per client per bed day, including taxes. Please specify available beds and facility locations.
