What the job is
Service period: July 1, 2027–June 30, 2029, with a possible two-year extension.
Intervention: Evidence-based cognitive behavioral services for adult and juvenile offenders, including risk assessments, motivational interviewing, and victim safety planning, consistent with Hawaii Domestic Violence Intervention Program Standards.
Family support: Victim counseling, advocacy and referrals; child and adolescent assessment and intervention; and supervised child visitation/exchanges.
Annual volume: 6 domestic violence intervention clients, 25 children/adolescents, 25 child visitation/exchange clients, and 25 families for visitation/exchange services.
Pricing: Provide an annual fixed price for each year, including staffing, facilities, applicable taxes and fees. Specify average treatment duration and any aftercare.
