What the job is

Construction support: Inspection, submittal review, engineering assistance, materials testing coordination, and record drawings as needed.
Period: As-needed assignments for 2027–2029, with individual project scopes and schedules; no guaranteed work volume.
Qualifications: Established Metro-Atlanta office and appropriately licensed Georgia professionals.
Pricing: Provide fully burdened hourly rates by staff classification, including overhead, profit, travel, equipment, and anticipated escalation over the service period. Identify specialty subcontract costs separately.
