What the job is
Included equipment: Duplexing automatic document feeder, staple finisher, power filter, network interface, full-size toner cartridge, and base/storage cabinet if needed. Toshiba equipment and accessories only.
Optional accessories: Price separately for 4528A: 8 large-volume feeders, 5 saddle-stitch finishers, 5 three-hole punch kits, and 4 fax boards; for 6529A: 4 feeders, 10 saddle-stitch finishers, 12 punch kits, and 4 fax boards.
Installation: Include delivery, setup, network configuration, drivers, CAT 5e/6 patch cable, testing, and packaging removal. Require Gigabit Ethernet/TCP/IP and current Windows/macOS compatibility. Deliver within four weeks of order, with installation the same day.
Warranty: Five years of on-site repairs and preventive maintenance, including parts, labor, travel, and required maintenance kits; consumables excluded. Respond within one working day and resolve within two working days or provide a free equivalent loaner. Provide an identical replacement if unresolved after two service calls.
Moves and pricing: Include free replacement/surplus copier transport to 6975 Cobb International Blvd., Kennesaw, GA 30152. Separately quote relocation per copier, additional-service hourly rates, and discounts/markup for related items. Unit prices must include all delivery and installation costs and remain firm for one year.
Vendor qualifications: Authorized Toshiba reseller with at least five years of copier sales experience.
