What the job is
Service frequency: Monthly inspections and treatments at listed facilities, with kitchen and food-preparation areas serviced at least biweekly.
Services: Recurring treatments, service calls, rodent-infestation treatment, dead-rodent removal, emergency response, and bed bug treatment.
Target pests: Common insects and rodents, including roaches, ants, silverfish, mice, rats, bed bugs, flies, fleas, ticks, mites, spiders, wasps, hornets, beetles, centipedes, and millipedes.
Requirements: Provide all labor, supervision, transportation, equipment, supplies, and approved treatment materials; technicians must be trained and qualified, and a current pest control license is required.
Term: Three years with two optional one-year renewals.
