Term and capacity: One year with four annual renewal options, supporting a workforce of approximately 6,300 employees.
Medical services: Pre-employment, annual, fitness-for-duty, CDL certification, public safety, HAZMAT, silica, and respirator exams; functional capacity testing, vaccinations, and related labs. Exams must be performed or overseen by a Board-Certified Occupational Medicine Physician.
Drug and alcohol testing: DOT and non-DOT testing, including random, pre-employment, post-accident, and reasonable suspicion; certified collectors, breath alcohol technicians, and Medical Review Officer support. Include drug-panel pricing with and without THC.
Coverage: One full-service 24/7 facility in DeKalb County and two additional full-service locations within 25 miles of the address above, with hours before 7 a.m. and after 6 p.m., at no additional charge. Mobile and onsite testing required, including emergency collections within two hours.
Technology: Secure, HIPAA-compliant cloud portal with self/bulk scheduling, electronic results, reporting, 24/7 record access, and integration with Oracle HCM and the existing EMR system.
