Precast lidsEstimated 50 units, 9' x 5' x 6" thick, with 36" x 36" access hatch.
RisersEstimated 10 units, 8' x 4' x 2', flat bottom.
MaterialsMinimum 4,000 psi concrete at 28 days; ASTM A615 Grade 60 reinforcing steel or equivalent; waterproofing sealant on interior and exterior surfaces.
Delivery and placementInclude transportation and level, stable placement aligned with site plans. Standard work hours are Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–5:30 p.m., excluding holidays; emergency deliveries require completion within 48 hours.
Ordering and pricingThree-year, as-needed supply; quantities are estimates with no guaranteed minimum. Please provide unit pricing including delivery and placement, with prices firm for the first 12 months.
