PricingQuote separate per-ton rates for each service in ranges of 0–200 tons, 201–400 tons, and 401+ tons. Separately price delivery, setup, mobilization, and demobilization; six mobilizations and demobilizations are estimated.
ScheduleAs needed from January 1, 2027, through December 31, 2029, with 30 days’ advance notice. Operating hours are Monday–Friday, 6:30 a.m.–3:00 p.m., excluding holidays.
Included costsInclude labor, equipment, transportation, travel, fees, and taxes. Water for plant operation is supplied onsite.
