Term: January–December 2027, with two optional one-year renewals.
Design: Water-wise landscaping plans and construction documents in AutoCAD Release 14 or higher; Georgia Registered Landscape Architect support as needed.
Installation: Trees, shrubs, groundcovers, seasonal flowers, Bermuda and Zoysia sod, mulch, and pine straw, including delivery, labor, equipment, and plant warranties.
Site work: Grading, drainage, tree removal, irrigation installation and repairs, and rehabilitation of sidewalks, trails, and concrete or asphalt pads.
Maintenance: Turf and planting care during the warranty period, plus irrigation inspections, startup, and winterization.
Pricing: Provide hourly personnel and grading equipment rates, installed plant and sod unit prices, and mulch and pine straw rates.
