CoverageBuildings, campuses, parks, trails, transit properties, and special events; assignments and staffing hours vary by site.
DutiesAccess control, security screening, foot and vehicle patrols, alarm response, incident reporting, crowd control, and emergency assistance.
ScheduleDay shifts (7am–7pm), night shifts (7pm–7am), weekends, and holidays as needed.
Personnel and equipmentProvide licensed, trained, background-checked officers, supervision, relief coverage, and necessary equipment and transportation, including bicycles for trail patrols.
Service periodJanuary 1–December 31, 2027, or starting later upon agreement, with up to four annual renewals; no minimum hours guaranteed.
PricingPlease provide separate armed and unarmed hourly rates for day and night shifts, plus holiday rates and approved overtime at 1.5 times the applicable rate. Include relief coverage in base rates.
