What they need
- ServicesUniformed officers for site security, crowd control, traffic control, and emergency response; provide supervision, equipment, supplies, and relief coverage.
- QualificationsMinimum three years of experience providing POST-certified officers, including supervisors; POST-certified personnel manager; officers trained in CPR/AED/first aid and crowd control.
- CoverageVariable staffing and hours, including nights, weekends, holidays, and short-notice assignments. Pools typically require one to two officers; events may require multiple officers.
- SupportDaily activity logs, incident reports, working cell phones, and a supervisor available 24/7 with a one-hour response requirement.
- PricingProvide hourly rates inclusive of required equipment, relief coverage, and vehicles where needed. Rates must remain fixed as site counts and hours change, without adjustment premiums.
- InsuranceGeneral liability of $1 million per occurrence/$2 million aggregate, including firearms and sexual abuse/molestation coverage; $1 million auto liability; $5 million umbrella; statutory workers’ compensation and $1 million employers’ liability.
