CoverageOne uniformed Texas Level III commissioned armed officer continuously on duty, 24/7 year-round, using three eight-hour shifts with uninterrupted relief coverage.
DutiesActive interior and exterior campus patrols, access control, alarm/CCTV monitoring, emergency response, and daily activity and incident reporting. No patrol vehicle required.
EquipmentInclude uniforms, firearms, duty gear, electronic guard-tour/reporting systems, and body-worn cameras with storage for routine footage for 30 days and evidentiary footage for at least three years.
Staffing and supervisionUse your own qualified employees; provide backup staffing, 24-hour supervisory support, and a manager able to arrive within one hour.
InsuranceInclude required coverage with at least $5 million combined liability limits covering armed security, assault and battery, and firearms exposures.
TimingThree-year initial term with a possible three-year extension. Anticipated start is December 27–28, 2026, pending confirmation.
PricingProvide fully burdened hourly rates by year and a separate rate for optional additional coverage. Include relief, supervision, equipment, training, and insurance; specified holidays are billed at 1.5 times the regular rate.
