FleetSix supplied trolleys: four 27-foot and two 30-foot vehicles, with three assigned to regular routes and three held in reserve.
ScheduleThree regular routes, Monday–Friday, 6 a.m.–6 p.m.; Saturday–Sunday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Seasonal service uses two trolleys on weekends, December–April, 9 a.m.–6 p.m.
StaffingProvide drivers, dispatch, supervision, and a full-time system manager. Drivers require Florida CDLs with passenger endorsements; drivers and dispatchers must speak English and Spanish or Creole.
MaintenanceInclude inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, tires, towing, daily interior cleaning, weekly exterior washing, and biweekly deep cleaning. Provide a comparable accessible replacement vehicle at your expense if supplied spares are unavailable.
TechnologyInclude an accessible English/Spanish web and mobile platform with multimodal trip planning, real-time tracking, arrival predictions, service alerts, and GTFS feeds integrated with regional transit data.
PricingProvide separate hourly rates for regular service, seasonal service, special events, and supplemental vehicles. Comparison quantities are 11,000, 500, and 100 service hours, respectively. Include staffing, maintenance, insurance, administration, and technology; fuel for supplied trolleys is billed separately.
TermFive years, with two optional one-year renewals; pricing fixed for the first two years.
