Cleaning: Garage sweeping, pressure washing, and trash removal.
Security: Nightly patrols from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. using Florida Class D licensed personnel.
Support: 24/7 roadside assistance and 12 appropriately licensed shuttle drivers who also maintain parking facilities.
Term: July 1, 2027–September 30, 2032, with two optional one-year renewals.
