Please quote the purchase and harvesting of all merchantable timber on approximately 97 acres at Little Shoals #4, accessed from Highway 41 in western Columbia County, Florida.

• Timber: 30 acres of 1960s planted slash pine, 40 acres of 1982 planted slash pine, and 27 acres of 1960s scattered natural pine.
• Inspection: Inspect the tract to verify timber quantity and quality before quoting.
• Safety: Leave at least 35 feet unharvested around sinkholes and provide a railroad-crossing safety spotter for all exiting trucks.
• Crew: Current Master Logger designation required, with routine availability on site.
• Roads: Maintain roads and restore them to pre-harvest condition or better, following Florida forestry best management practices.
• Harvest period: Complete clearcutting within a twelve-month harvest period.
