ThinningRemove every fourth row and select trees in remaining rows to achieve a target basal area of 60 square feet per acre, subject to adjustment for site conditions.
Tree selectionPrioritize diseased, damaged, defective, forked, and suppressed trees, then intermediate and co-dominant trees as needed. Leave remaining trees evenly spaced.
Estimated volume14,260 tons of pine pulpwood and 3,825 tons of pine chip-n-saw.
ProtectionPreserve boundary trees marked with white bands or property signs.
Completion period12 months.
