What they need

Estimated volumes3,815 tons of pine pulpwood, 1,775 tons of chip-n-saw, and 1,178 tons of sawtimber; quantities are not guaranteed. Provide purchase prices per ton for each product.
Product minimumsPulpwood: 4.5-inch DBH, 3-inch top diameter, 16-foot length; chip-n-saw: 8-inch DBH, 5-inch top diameter, 29-foot length; sawtimber: 12-inch DBH, 8-inch top diameter, 25-foot length.
ScheduleComplete within 12 months, with 50% of acreage harvested within nine months if suitable conditions permit.
RequirementsSFI-approved certified logging supervisor; include harvesting, hauling, debris cleanup, and road maintenance.
Payment terms20% advance payment credited toward harvested timber, $5,000 security deposit, and weekly payments based on actual tonnage.
