What the job is
Schedule: Third Saturday of each month, 6:00–11:00 p.m.; 12 events per year.
Market: Recruit and manage at least 25 vendors per event; provide uniform white pop-up tents (maximum 10 × 10 ft) with LED lighting, placement, staffing, waste removal, and security coordination.
Stage and entertainment: Provide a stage of at least 24 × 16 ft, full sound and lighting, technical crew, and opening act and headliner scheduling.
Pricing: Include an all-in per-event rate for a three-year term, with rates for two optional renewal years.
