Canopies: 10' x 10', 15' x 15', and 20' widths with lengths of 20', 30', 40', 50', and 60'; quote daily rental rates.
Staging and flooring: 4' x 8' and 4' x 4' stage sections, ramps, rails, steps, cable ramps, 4' x 4' oak dance floor sections, and artificial turf.
Tables and seating: 36", 48", 60", 66", and 72" round tables; 6' and 8' banquet tables; 24" and 36" cocktail tables; 6' x 30" and 8' x 30" plywood folding tables and tablecloths; wood and white plastic folding chairs; children's tables, chairs, and benches.
Accessories: String lights, outdoor heaters and propane, 3', 8', 10', and 12' pipe and drape, stanchions, podiums, 8' and 9' market umbrellas, PA systems with cables and microphones, coffee urns, 8-gallon water barrels, popcorn poppers with carts, and 8' bike rack barricades.
Delivery and pricing: Provide itemized rental rates and separate weekday/weekend delivery, setup, and takedown charges for 7 a.m.–4 p.m. service. Include necessary labor, transportation, materials, and generators where needed. Orders are as needed, with no guaranteed quantities.
