What the job is
Planning and zoning: Prepare analyses and staff reports for land use changes, rezonings, special exceptions, and variances; review code amendments, plats, lot splits, and commercial development.
Routine services: Handle zoning approvals, applicant inquiries, and staff training.
On-site schedule: Provide office hours at least two days per week, including Mondays, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; attend meetings and hearings in person as requested.
Pricing: Include rates or task fees, a maximum cost, and travel costs for meetings.
