What the job is
Service term: October 15, 2026 through April 30, 2027.
Scope: Plow and clear parking lots, driveways, walkways, stairs, ramps, entrances, fire lanes, hydrants, loading areas, and dumpster access.
Ice treatment: Apply non-corrosive ice melt; use calcium chloride on sidewalks and no sand.
Response: Provide 24/7 availability, maintain access during storms, complete final cleanup and salting within four hours after each event, and have all areas ready by 6:00 a.m.
Staffing and equipment: Provide at least eight staff members and all required plows, spreaders, loaders, snow blowers, hand tools, and materials.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-event pricing by snowfall range for each location.
