What the job is
Service period: October 15, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with 24/7 availability for snow and ice events.
Scope: Plow and clear parking lots, driveways, bus loops, loading areas, sidewalks, stairs, ramps, entrances, exits, fire lanes, hydrants, and dumpster areas.
Ice treatment: Use environmentally friendly, non-corrosive ice melt; 30% salt mix and calcium chloride on sidewalks. No sand is permitted.
Staffing and equipment: Provide at least eight staff members and sufficient plows, salt spreaders, snow blowers, loaders, hand tools, and safety equipment for all nine locations.
Performance: Maintain access during storms, complete final cleanup and salting within four hours after each event, and have all paved areas cleared by 6:00 a.m.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-event pricing by location for de-icing only and snowfall tiers ranging from 0–0.5 inch through more than 12 inches.
