Ice Treatment: Provide pretreatment and retreatment using a non-corrosive ice-melt blend; use calcium chloride on sidewalks and no sand.
Response: Provide 24/7 availability, at least eight staff members, and sufficient plows, spreaders, loaders, snow blowers, and hand-clearing equipment.
Performance: Maintain access during storms, complete final cleanup and salting within four hours after each event, and provide before-and-after photos.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-event pricing by snowfall range for each location, including labor, equipment, materials, hauling, and disposal.
