Locations: 140 Legion Avenue; 130 Orchard Street; 177 College Street; 569 Congress Avenue; 360 Columbus Avenue; 140 DeWitt Street; 500 Boston Post Road; 580 Ella T. Grasso Boulevard; and 114 Truman Street, New Haven, CT.
Season: October 15, 2026 through April 30, 2027, with 24/7 availability during snow and ice events.
Services: Plow and clear parking lots, driveways, walkways, stairs, ramps, entrances, fire lanes, hydrants, and dumpster areas; apply ice melt and calcium chloride as required.
Staffing and equipment: Minimum eight staff members, suitable plows, salt spreaders, snow blowers, loaders, and all necessary materials and safety equipment.
Performance: Maintain access during storms, complete final cleanup and salting within four hours after an event, and provide before-and-after photographs.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive per-event pricing by location and snowfall tier, including labor, equipment, materials, rentals, and overhead.
