Family childcare pathway144 hours of instruction covering CDA preparation, NAFCC accreditation support, and provider wellness, plus at least 2,000 hours of on-the-job learning.
Associate degree pathwayApproximately 60 college credits in early childhood education and 4,000 hours of on-the-job learning, including required fieldwork and practicum.
Mentoring and assessmentQualified mentors and at least three documented competency assessments per apprentice.
