Alignment: Meet 10A NCAC 27G.0204 and Clinical Coverage Policy 8-P competency requirements, with a competency crosswalk and instructional time per module.
Format and accessibility: Deliver non-proprietary files compatible with multiple learning management systems, in English and Spanish, with ADA accessibility including captions, transcripts, and American Sign Language as applicable.
Schedule: Begin within 15 days of project execution; plan for an initial curriculum within 60 days and revisions within 30 days of receiving feedback.
Pricing: Provide separate, all-inclusive costs for the initial curriculum and revised final curriculum, including transfer of curriculum ownership to the client.
