What they need
- StaffingRecruit, screen, hire, pay, and support up to five entry-level IT apprentices annually, including employment eligibility verification and required background checks.
- ScheduleEach apprentice works 40 hours per week, including up to four hours of structured training; price based on 2,080 hours per apprentice annually.
- TrainingCover all training, materials, certification, and administration costs. Curriculum should support Salesforce, Microsoft Power Platform, low-code development, workflow automation, testing, troubleshooting, documentation, and security.
- Program supportConduct monthly performance reviews and progress reporting, remove apprentices within two business days when requested, and provide qualified replacements.
- Term and pricingServices run from award through June 30, 2029. Provide hourly rates and annual totals, including all associated expenses.
- ExperienceMinimum two years delivering relevant workforce training, apprenticeship, or consulting services.
