Roles: Developers, database architects and administrators, digital accessibility auditors and remediation engineers, systems integrators, network engineers, GIS analysts, project managers, and business analysts.
Pricing: Provide all-inclusive maximum hourly rates by role and experience level, including travel and subcontractor expenses. Rates must remain fixed for the first 12 months.
Duration: As-needed assignments generally up to 12 months or 2,080 hours, with no guaranteed work volume. Anticipated start is January 2027.
Requirements: All staffing, hosting, and access must remain within the United States. Deliverables must meet Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards; background checks may be required.
Availability: Identify supported roles and experience levels, and the number of calendar days needed to begin services.
