Training track: Manufacturing and defense, including robotics, or AI and technology; please identify the track and occupations your program supports.
Delivery: Generally 8–12 weeks and 80–180 hours, covering required Pathmaker core competencies, technical skills, and job readiness.
Participants: Individuals with limited industry experience or related higher education who will be at least 18 upon completion.
Support and placement: Recruitment coordination with MassHire Career Centers, participant support, outcome tracking, and employer partnerships targeting placement within three months of completion.
