- Workforce programResearch comparable models, interview stakeholders, develop at least two program design options, and deliver a recommended framework, budget, and implementation roadmap.
- Earn-and-learn programAssess workforce needs, conduct focus groups and education/employer outreach, and design a pilot covering recruitment, training, mentorship, participant supports, and performance measures.
- Childcare initiativeDevelop employer messaging, a prioritized prospect list, and an engagement plan supporting a childcare navigation portal and TriShare subsidy program; provide outreach as requested.
- ScheduleAnticipated kickoff November 23, 2026, with final workforce and earn-and-learn designs due by January 31, 2027. Childcare work begins in late December or early January; overall engagement is six months.
- CoordinationMaintain a workplan, facilitate review sessions, incorporate feedback, and provide progress updates at least every two weeks.
