- QualificationsLicensed center in good standing with at least three years of continuous child care experience and ability to immediately accept child care subsidies.
- CapacityPlease provide your facility address, ages served, operating days and hours, and available spaces.
- PricingInclude customary full-time and part-time rates by age group, billing periods, all mandatory fees, accepted subsidies, and estimated monthly funding needed per child after other assistance. Reimbursement is subject to applicable Regional Market Rate ceilings, without duplicate billing.
- Term and administrationThree years, with a possible extension of up to two years; maintain enrollment and attendance records and submit quarterly reports and reimbursement invoices.
