- Hourly servicesCaregiver rates with a 2-hour minimum for one client or a 4-hour minimum for a couple; respite, protective supervision, and professional care assistance.
- Clinical visitsPer-visit rates for RN, LVN, occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, and RN enhanced care management, where offered.
- Extended care and transportationDaily rates for basic, medium, and heavy live-in care; per-visit rates for 12-hour sleep overnight care and transportation lasting up to 2 hours; hourly transportation rates beyond 2 hours.
- StaffingAppropriately licensed, registered, trained, and screened personnel experienced with cognitive impairment and complex support needs; qualified backup coverage and referral acceptance within 1 business day.
