Subject matter: Technical, environmental, engineering, public health, and legal content, handled by qualified interpreters and translators.
Scheduling: Events may last 1–12 hours, with multiple sessions daily and occasional one-day notice. Translation turnaround starts at five business days for up to 6,000 words.
Deliverables: Preserve original document formats and include proofreading, basic formatting, and accessibility compliance.
Pricing: Provide hourly interpretation rates by language and delivery method, per-word translation and post-edit rates, and hourly equipment rates including technician support. Include travel, setup, labor, and all associated costs; rates must remain fixed for 24 months.
