What they need

ScopeAs-needed temporary/relief staffing for plant operation, water testing and treatment adjustments, equipment maintenance and minor repairs, and daily logs and reports.
QualificationsCalifornia T-2 or higher water treatment certification and at least three years of documented potable water plant experience. Live Scan clearance is required before assignment.
ScheduleJanuary 1, 2027, or upon approval, through December 31, 2029; 8- or 10-hour shifts with an eight-hour minimum per request. Provide a 24/7 contact and oriented operators within eight hours of notification, unless otherwise agreed.
OrientationThree paid eight-hour days at the regular hourly rate before assignments.
PricingProvide all-inclusive hourly rates for regular time, overtime, and weekends/holidays, including travel, lodging, and clearance costs. Estimated hours are 600 regular, 65 overtime, and 50 weekend/holiday hours; usage is not guaranteed. Rates must remain fixed through the term and any extension of up to one year.
