BoilerOne portable, natural gas-fired ASME 3-pass dry-back firetube boiler, minimum 600 HP and 20,000 lb/hr steam capacity; 150 PSIG design pressure, operating at 125 PSIG.
Emissions and powerLow-NOx burner meeting SDAPCD limits of 9 ppm NOx and 50 ppm CO, corrected to 3% O2, or applicable permit limits; 480 VAC, three-phase, 150–225 amps.
Included equipmentDeaerator, two feed pumps, duplex feedwater/condensate return system, blowdown tank with aftercooler, chemical feed system, water softener, gas regulator/meter and controls; outdoor-rated package.
InstallationInclude delivery, permits, all utility and steam/condensate connections, piping insulation, securing and testing; complete delivery through testing within 36 hours.
Maintenance and supportMonthly preventive maintenance and all repairs included, excluding water treatment; 24/7 emergency support with arrival within four hours, repair services within eight hours and replacement within 36 hours.
Training and removalMinimum four hours of onsite operator training; disconnect and remove equipment within eight hours after the rental ends.
PricingItemize monthly rental, monthly maintenance, installation, training and removal, including all labor, materials, transportation and permits. C-4 license required, or B license with a C-4 subcontractor.
