What the job is
Term: One year from execution, with an optional one-year extension at the same rates.
Monitoring: Daily security reviews, alert investigation and escalation, rule tuning, and threat hunting. Critical security and system health alerts require 24/7 coverage with a 30-minute triage objective; other alerts receive business-hours coverage.
Administration: Splunk health monitoring, upgrade support, dashboards, reports, saved searches, and data source onboarding with Common Information Model normalization.
Integration and intelligence: JIRA Service Desk integration with ServiceNow through ConnectAll, 50+ open-source threat intelligence feeds, vendor intelligence feeds, and biweekly reporting.
Privacy: HIPAA/HITECH compliance and a Business Associate Agreement required.
