What the job is
Capacity and term: Up to 4,590 occupied bed-days for at least nine adults participating in outpatient substance use and/or mental health treatment, January 1, 2027–March 31, 2028.
Facilities: At least 50 square feet per bed; one sink, toilet, and shower per six residents; secure personal and food storage; onsite laundry; shared kitchen, dining, and group areas.
Operations: Drug- and alcohol-free housing, a designated house manager for each residence, weekly house meetings, and onsite random drug screenings at least twice monthly.
Resident support: Recovery support, transportation coordination, independent living skills, and transition planning; monthly reports and quarterly summaries.
Certification: Meet local sober living guidelines and obtain NARR-standard certification through CCAPP by December 31, 2027.
