What the job is
Service period: January 1–December 31, 2027, including delivery, placement, stocking, servicing, and pickup.
Standing rentals: 8 standard toilets and 4 handwash stations per cycle: January 15–June 21 and July 16–December 20. Remove units between cycles.
Weekly servicing: Pump waste, clean and sanitize units, replenish chemicals and water, refill soap, and restock toilet paper, seat covers, paper towels, and sanitizer.
Additional event rentals: 9 events per cycle, with rentals lasting 2–3 days; quantities per event range from 6–35 standard toilets, 0–6 ADA toilets, and 1–10 handwash stations. Event units are additional to standing rentals. Two simultaneous events per cycle require a combined 14 standard toilets and 4 handwash stations at separate locations.
Event servicing: One on-site service for each of the 4 Home Pass rentals; other event rentals require no routine servicing.
Unit condition and response: Deliver clean, fully stocked units; provide ADA-compliant units where required and replace unusable units within 4 hours at no additional charge.
Pricing: Include all rental, delivery, pickup, servicing, supplies, waste disposal, and applicable taxes.
