What they need
- DeploymentFresh installations on customer-provided servers using existing licenses, covering all licensed features and one Microsoft 365 tenant.
- FreshService integrationAutomate provisioning, modification, and offboarding across Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Exchange, with separate employee and guest policies and Entra-only provisioning.
- OffboardingDisable accounts, move them to a designated OU, reclaim Microsoft 365 licenses, revoke file permissions, and delete accounts after 45 days.
- WorkflowsConfigure three automations, three workflows, three templates, creation/modification rules, and automated folder maintenance.
- AuditingConfigure continuous auditing, alerts, reporting, agents, and archiving for Active Directory, Windows servers, file servers, workstations, and Microsoft 365.
- TrainingInclude a two-hour hands-on walkthrough for Service Desk and IT staff.
- Schedule and locationDecember 1, 2026–March 31, 2027. Maintain a California office throughout the project; include any travel costs in your quote.
