What the job is
Space and schedule: Approximately 1,950 square feet of office and shop/warehouse space; service starts Fridays at 8:00 a.m.
Weekly: Clean restrooms, floors, entrances, and trash containers; replenish restroom and paper supplies.
Every two weeks: Dust blinds and vents, spot clean walls, mop floors, vacuum carpets, and sweep the warehouse floor.
Monthly and quarterly: Clean windows and roll-up doors, scrub and wax vinyl floors monthly; strip and refinish hard floors and steam clean carpets quarterly.
Quote basis: Include labor, equipment, cleaning products, and consumable supplies for a term of November 1, 2026, through October 31, 2029. Use low environmental impact cleaning products and recycled paper supplies.
