What the job is
Painting: Prepare, patch, caulk, prime, and finish walls, ceilings, doors, trim, wood, masonry, metal, fencing, and related structures. Use specified Vista Paint or Dunn Edwards systems, generally one primer coat and two finish coats; include required mock-ups and backrolling.
Waterproofing: Prepare and treat stucco, brick, masonry, concrete, and exterior wall panels; seal cracks, joints, penetrations, and transitions with approved compatible systems.
Pricing: Provide applicable square-foot, linear-foot, per-item, and hourly rates, including preparation, access equipment, protection, and cleanup. Exclude separately supplied paint and coating materials; provide a separate percentage markup for authorized material purchases.
Term: One year with four optional annual renewals; initial unit rates remain firm. Project quantities and schedules are assigned as needed, with no guaranteed volume.
Qualifications: C-33 license for painting; applicable license authorizing D-51 work for waterproofing. Include prevailing wage labor rates.
Painting warranty: Two years against peeling, fading, cracking, blistering, or crazing.
